#TECHFOOLS COOKIE POLICY
ON THIS PAGE WE WILL TALK ABOUT COOKIES.
There are two kinds of bicsuits. Cookies that are good to eat, especially those with chocolate chips (we took care to share the recipe of our grandmother a little lower), and cookies that allow us to record information about you.
COOKIES ON THE WEB
Cookies are simply a technology that allows a website to store information about you. A cookie-free website is like a little goldfish that loses its memory each time you visit a new page. Without memory, a website can not do much. You could not buy anything because it immediately obliterated what you wanted to buy. Cookies are also used to learn more about your behavior, such as which pages you visit, which buttons you click, and so on. That’s why we use cookies. Just to find out more about the people who visit our site. If you do not want us to record your trips, you can deactivate them from your browser, because we do not offer an option to do this, anyway, we would not be able to remember them. To do this, you must disable them from your browser.
THE COOKIE RECIPE OF OUR GRANDMOTHER
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking soda

- 250 ml (1 cup) packed brown sugar
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 7 ounces (195 g) milk chocolate or semi-sweet, coarsely chopped
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Book.
2. In another bowl, mix the butter with the brown sugar and the sugar with the wooden spoon. Add egg and egg yolk. Mix until the preparation is homogeneous. Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
3. Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (375 ° F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
4. Using an ice cream scoop of about 45 ml (3 tablespoons), form balls of dough. Place 5 to 6 balls of dough per plate, spacing them.
5. Bake one plate at a time, 8 to 9 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned all around, but still very moist in the center. Cool on the plate.
